- **Responsibility** – Accept obstacles to grow stronger

- **Pressure** – Everything moves faster

- **Choice** – Not every obstacle hurts

- **Balance** – Overreacting causes damage

- **Overload** – Too much at once will break you

Turning too much fills the Overload Bar.  

Stop turning to recover.  

If it fills completely — life ends.
